Need to cancel an appointment?
We realize life's unpredictable and we try to be sympathetic. We hope you'll sympathize too, and realize we're a brand new, small business and "no-shows" cost us money. We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice when you realize in advance that you will not be able to make your appointment. By calling in advance, we can book another client from our waiting list and we'll greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness!
Is there covered parking?
You bet, and it's not the shady tree at the other end of the parking lot. Don't be afraid to leave the house when it's a 110° outside. We have plenty of covered parking . . . just steps from our front door. Uncovered parking is also available for you brave souls.
Will I know your prices in advance?
Pricing for salon and spa services are always available. For a complete list of our current prices, please follow the pricing links on our website for hair, skin, nails or make-up.
What happened to my stylist?
Boujis takes great pride in its outstanding team that is ready to make you look your best. It makes our day to know that you have developed a meaningful, loyal relationship with your hair, skin or nail specialist -- it shows we've done things right. However, it is our policy not to share forwarding information about our employees, once they've left our salon and spa. We hope you'll respect the privacy of our former employees and allow us to introduce you to another team member who will be equally trained and committed to your beauty and needs.
How early should I arrive for my spa service?
We request that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your spa appointment. In order make your experience more beneficial, we'll have you fill out a guest form, which documents any medical issues and helps your therapist customize your skin services to your specific needs. Running late? It happens. We will make every attempt to accommodate your arrival, but please understand that your session may be shortened—or even rescheduled. If you need to cancel, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice.
Is a blow dry included with my color and cut?
Absolutely.
Looking for a gift?
We have the perfect solution! A Boujis Salon & Spa gift card is always appreciated. To purchase a gift card, please visit our salon and spa location or by phone. Phone purchases may be shipped by regular mail for free. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used as gratuity.
Do you carry styling, skin and make-up products?
Our salon & spa carries the products we'll be using on you. Feel free to ask away about which products can help you continue looking your best when you leave the salon & spa. We also have a fully stocked make-up line. Any of our products will make gift-worthy accessories for your friends and family! If you need to return a purchase for any reason, we'll be reasonable. We will happily accept returns on most of our products if they are returned within 2 weeks of purchase with your receipt and if the original packaging is unopened and the product unused.
Can I get spa services if I'm pregnant?
First, congratulations! Before strollers and baby bottles take over your life, you'll need plenty of pampering. We have a host of exceptional services for expecting mothers: manicures, pedicures, facials, hair styling and more, to let you relax in luxury. Hey, you've earned it. Now enjoy it. Please let our front desk staff know that you're pregnant—they'll be happy to guide you to the services you'll enjoy the most.
Safe and sound
We will make every effort to monitor the changing room but we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen during your appointment. Please keep your handbags, jewelry and other valuables with you throughout your visit or please leave them at home.
Bounced checks
Insufficient funds. It unfortunate when it happens and we understand. It's embarrassing for the client, and expensive and time-consuming for the salon. Unfortunately, we have to be tough like other small businesses on bad check-writers. If we receive a returned check, we will contact you immediately and ask that you pay in full with a credit card. We will also pass on the $35 bad-check processing fee that is assessed by the bank.
